Who we are
Growth Strategists (“we”, “us”) is a search marketing agency operating from India. This policy covers the personal data we collect through this website.

What we collect
We collect only what you give us, plus basic technical data:
- Booking details. When you book a teardown, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, website URL, company size, marketing budget band and your written answer about your search visibility.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider logs IP address, browser type, referring URL and timestamps for security and reliability purposes.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, government identifiers or any sensitive personal data through this site.
Why we use it
To prepare for and hold the call you booked, to follow up about that call, and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named below.
Who processes it for us
- Cal.com — scheduling. Your booking details are stored on their systems under their own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery, including request logs.
Advertising
We advertise on Meta platforms. If you reached this page from an advertisement, Meta may have recorded that click on its own systems under its own policies. We do not currently run advertising or analytics tracking scripts on this site.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Server logs are retained for a shorter period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may also withdraw consent and raise a grievance. If you are in the UK or EU, you additionally have the rights available under the UK GDPR and GDPR, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
